Your account and creations.

Sign-in is handled by Auth0. Your account stores profile information, credit records, orders and generation history so the App can provide your workspace. Uploaded generation photos use private storage and time-limited access links. Media is shared with the generation provider to carry out the job.

Public template previews and marketing images are separate from your private uploads. You can delete saved generation media using the controls available in your collection. Contact support for account data requests.

Permission comes first.

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Do not create non-consensual intimate material or sexual content involving minors. Do not use the service to impersonate, harass or exploit a person.

Keep your account secure.

Complete required email verification, use a unique password and keep your sign-in details private. Support will never ask for your password. If you suspect misuse or need to report content, email support@mimisy.com with the relevant details.

Payments and account records.

Payment providers handle their own checkout. mimisy records payment status and the resulting credit changes. Review the purchase terms and the provider’s checkout details before paying.
